It is spring!
By JoAnn Dionne
On a warm spring day, Henry and his friends go out to play.
It is spring! It is spring!
They all sing.
The grass is green. The air is clean.
They see flowers here and there.
They see flowers everywhere!
Look! A tin!
Let's put it in the bin!
They go up to the peak.
They want to play hide-and-seek.
Are you ready? One, two, three …
Where is Lucy the ladybird?
Where is Betty the bird?
Where is Bob the bee? Let me see …
Look! Here is Lucy the ladybird!
Here is Betty the bird!
Here is Bob the bee. He is near a tree!
Henry and his friends have lot of fun …
playing under the warm, warm sun.
