Come here and tell me the truth

Even if it’s a lie

I know there’s a part of you

That doesn’t need to be told why

I know you don’t have time

To give me the time of day

So give me the reason why you like it

When I chase after you when you run away

I know you don’t know what the hell you want

That much you’ve made abundantly clear

But doing whatever the hell you want out there

Unfortunately affects me in here

So I light a cigarette

Even though I quit

And realize what you had
