The night falls hard on sunken dreams.

The sorry splendor rots and gleams.

Patrons bark and angels jeer.

The band plays loud and they don't hear.

All they love is black and white.

Don't see the color of the light.

Lost their spirit and bled their souls.

With crimson shovels digging holes.

Men and horses line the street.
