Two of Us (Track By Track)

Yeah, this, uh, this was the song that definitely I felt like I needed to get off my chest.

Umm, I feel like ...

Until I wrote this song ,I wasn’t really gonna pick up any of real momentum I spoke before in interviews about the fact that I felt like I needed to write the song and other songs kind of felt insignificant to certain degree before I wrote this.

Umm, and the song, you know, it’s about losing someone but still being , uh, hopeful and living your life in a hopeful way.

And it’s being a really special song for me, it’s being a really, uh, it’s being a really special song for me,it’s being really incredible.

Soon as the message have got online have being absolutely incredible and have also met some people and they’ve told me their story about what the song and the lyric means to them so for me that was incredible.

Um, I never really add, um, too many situation like this with the band and obvious there’s adifferent emotional way with ‘two of us’ in the lyric and the concept.

So you know, to have these encouraging people where ,you know sometimes there it is,sometimes, they’re like, just excited to tell me.

And just having that moment and that connection with my music and my fans, I think is what we all strive to do in summarize.

To be honest, when we wrote it, when we wrote the song, it was actually as it sometime is.

Even though it was emotionally heavy with a bit more clinical,a bit more professional in the room because I knew there was responsibility with this song and I wanted to get it right.

So to be honest, there wasn’t a really kick in until the first live performance that I think I’d really digested everything that the song meant and I felt the way of the people in the room listening to it.

Um, but in the room it was, it was professional.
