My room 3am music blasting out of that system

Miller light in my hand the only other thing

I got is my problems

And when life starts pushing down

I just jack up that stereo

And leave this freakin' town

You know the sound don't belong to anyone

You can take it if you need it

Or just go it alone

Than when mistress music takes control

And it just keeps pushing me forward

Sun rising through the blinds

Another night

I left behind

Neighbors pounding on the wall

But I don't give a at all

Turn it up and tune it out

There ain't no sense in listening

To something you don't care about

You don't have to justify it

You just take it if you want

And there ain't nothing purer in this world

Then when me and her are just pushing across the floor.

And it just keeps pushing me forward
