Trauma changes, rearranges

Takes the man I was, and breaks him

Walls come up

All I am is numb and jaded

Ego splits, my soul deflated

All I´ve ever wanted was to be loved my somebody

But the man I used to be is so far gone

Circling through memories

All this trauma gets me trembling

No I can´t let you in, it´s been too long

I´d rather feel nothing at all

Than have to deal with all the pain inside my heart

When she died I swore I´d never love again

And it´s been years but I´m calloused up like this

All I ever wanted was to be loved by somebody

But the man I used to be is so far gone

I never feel alive, cause fear controls my life

I try to break this bind

But all these ghosts come with their knives
