I need to change the Bedsheets

They don't feel like me

And I need to change the Mirror

I don't like what I see

Now that I know Love is selective

And the World won't wait

They say just change your Perspective

But it takes so much to bend this crooked Frame straight

I've been roaming for a while now

Now I'm coming back around

I'm moving back inside this House

Dusting off my Sense of Self

I've been lost for a while now

I need to change these Thoughts

Are they a Product of me

Or a Product of my People

Someone else's Legacy

Now that I know Love is deceptive

I'm sad for who I used to be
