Sunlight

I think I had a dream about this

Somewhere in the back of my mind

Through pieces of paper so crumpled and spaces so muddled

And light through the blind

To when I had lost track of time

I Look out the window see seasons go by

That's just part life

I'm fighting for days when I’m doing just fine

I hope you alright

I want to soak up the sun

I Want to tell everyone

Lighten up

I want to soak up the sun(yeah)

But I can't seem to find your rays

And the worst of these changes happen so fast

And I may be first but won't last

All i do is look back on the past and wonder how it could've been different

As I then proceed to lose track of the present

Im missing your presence is all that I'm saying

Everyone's moving so why am I staying behind

Well it used to be cool and it used to be fine

I’m just falling in time

When did i stop watching these planes in the sky

When did these flowers wilt how did that life pass me by
