Forever Asleep (Dead)

There I was...

Breathing in the pain,

Even before birth I was long dead,

I entered this world with a void in my heart,

A void that could never be filled,

So many broken promises,

Accompanied by hurtful memories,

Never to feel the tears of relief,

Not in my lifetime...
