i want to get high 

on top of the Himalaya

i want to swim deep

in the trenches below the sea floor

i want to swing low

under the canopy in the forests 

i want to float up 

like a lotus flower on the moon 

i want to know where i come from 

distance planet or a continent 

take me back to my youth 

wake me up to my mother’s face

as we talk in silence

source staring right back at me 

i want to listen to the grass grow again

everything that i’ve ever known

now i know that i’ve made it home
