Sirens

Ocean’s cry, when the sun falls down beneath the tide

Now I’m mourning light and the darkness sails across the sky

I close my eyes and I pray that she won’t pull my mind

Beneath the brine, the siren’s song that sinks my life

She casts her spell, I hear her call

And I fear the shrinking walls

Caught in her cage, with crushing weight

And all of my resistance slowly fades away…
