Driving down an ocean road, wind in my hair, sun in my eyes

Salty air beneath my tongue, palm trees flying high in the sky

There’s endless music in my ears, my words are gone, I’m blissful in sound.

And I’m only dreaming nowadays, I’m lost in my head, I’ll never get out.

Jumping far beneath the waves, they’re crashing down. yet I’m motionless

Painting cities on my walls, they’ll come alive, and walk through my room, it’s safer like this.

And I’ll never let it in my head, I’ll close the blinds, and block out the sun.
