Grief Eater

Forever trapped in flesh and bone 

Encased in rotten skin 

Among the tombstones I roam 

To quench the thirst within 

I do not live, I do not breathe 

But still I walk around 

Cursed to spend eternity 

By the graves to which I'm bound 

I wither and decay 

Yet linger and remain 

A clueless victim enters 

The cemetery gates 

Unaware of what lurks in the dark 

She just sealed her own fate 

I shred her skin, I eat her flesh 

Her soul is lost like mine 

I savor every single part 

And drink her blood like wine

Biting, chomping, chewing 

Gnawing to the bone 

Leaving but a bloody mess 

Upon the tombstones 

When dawn arrives I end my feast 

And go right back to sleep 

Soaked in blood I lay down 

In a coffin six feet deep 

As the clock strikes 12 the next night 

Up from the grave I rise 

To find another victim 

To bring to their demise
