I have taken miracles as lifelong given facts

I was born in the back seat of a caboose on a railroad track

Sister tells me I've been nothin' but a burden on daddy's back

Granny knows there's something good inside me

How about that?

Many folks have told me I'm a few screws too loose

Others stand amazed at all the things that I can do

I couldn't tell you where to go, which path in life to choose

I prefer a little challenge anyway

We all wonder what goes on behind the scenes

How the earth has kept it's brilliant blue and green

And though we walk a thread throughout our lives

Our limit goes beyond the sky

Coincidence it all may seem

But sugar there's no such thing

Looking forward I can see one day what I'll become

And I'll look back that very day on the things I have done

And then I'll say I knew I'd get here all along

Later on I'll notice all the help I had

And where it came from
