该作品录音于，2020年新冠疫情影响全球后，合唱团停摆
我们在复课后到录音室，录下2019-2020届合唱团最后一首新歌
这是孩子们在隔离期间，对人生最好的感悟
像失去了什么 或惧怕些什么
还是要一样地生活
往最深处去探索
原来不愁寂寞
生命的状态 屏气才明白
