Hey Sunny, it's been long
since I heard from you,
I always stop to wonder if you're OK
Sunny, so how do you do?
You must have got a goal and I have got mine too.
Hey Sunny, it's been long
since we hung out together,
we're both now busy chasing every night and day
Sunny, but I miss you.
Like I miss the days that we'll never go back to.
I've always wanted to write you a song,
for the brightest sunshine I've ever found.
Hey Sunny, I'm singing this song,
wishing that we'll be evergreen,
wishing you keep it forever long.
I wrote this song in September,
and you'll listen to it in October.
The 30 days between the two 22nds
is the time when I think of you most frequent.
I've always wanted to write you a song,
for the brightest sunshine I've ever found.
Oh and I can not wait for the time we sit down
by the side of the cream cake singing your birthday song.
Hey Sunny, it's been long
since I heard from you,
I always stop to wonder if you're OK
Sunny, but it won't be long
before we start our own lives,
remember to call me from time to time.
