Serenade

Serenade -Ashley Arrison

Watch the clouds on the horizon

See the stars my lovers eyes

For a storm my heart is raging

Up against a midnight sky

I have not forgotten

I still feel the pain

I'll wait for you to save me

For you to come again

Until then I'll always

Listen to the rain

For your serenade

Can you send a bolt of lightning

Please show me a sign

Just something to remind me

So I know that you're still mine

I have not forgotten

I still feel the pain

I'll wait for you to save me

For you to come again

Until then I'll always

Listen to the rain

For your serenade

Pitter patter on my window

Maybe you've come home

For a love are never ending

I'll remade along

I have not forgotten

I still feel the pain

I'll wait for you to save me

For you to come again

Until then I'll always listen to the rain

I'll always listen to the rain

For your serenade
