歌词
Breathe slowly and deeply
With every breath you are getting more and more relaxed
Take a slow breath
All your muscles are relaxing as you breathe deeply
You can feel your body slowly relaxing
Feel the relaxation spreading over your body
Your body feels more relaxed,
All tension is flowing out of your body
Your muscles are becoming more and more soft and relaxed
Let your eyes release all tensions and relax
The relaxation is spreading across your face
Relax and loosen your jaws
Relax the muscles of your abdomen,
The muscles in your chest, in your neck are relaxing more and more
Relax the muscles of your abdomen
The muscles on your forehead are getting smoother and softer
You can feel all tenseness leaving your neck
Your arms are getting heavier and heavier
Your back muscles and your spine are releasing all tension
Let go of all the tensions from both your shoulders
Your eyebrows are smooth and relax.
Your legs are becoming heavier and heavier
You are enjoying the feeling of relaxation
So relaxed your body is feeling detached
You are in a state of complete relaxation
You are experiencing a complete state of peace
You are feeling more and more relax with each and every moment
You feel peaceful and quiet within yourself
Your mind is peaceful, calm and serene
Every muscle in your body is feeling completely relaxed
The feeling of relaxation is growing deeper and deeper
Your mind has calm, quiet more and more
You feel more and more relaxed
You're diving deeper and deeper into the void that is you
You are going deeper and deeper into
Complete relaxation of your mind and body
As you are now in a relaxed state,
