Trying for Days

It was hard for us then and oh its hard for us now

They tell me life and the pursuit

Of happiness seems to miss us somehow

The part we must play will soon be reveal

They tell me destiny and fate has been locked up and sealed

We've been trying for days - trying for days

- We've been crying for days - trying for days

We've been trying for days - trying for days -

And I know we're going to make it - trying for days

We've been walking through the mud – well with the highway so near

But when the revolutiuon comes, girl you know the road will be clear

Cooling waters will rush down All you got to do is bathe –

We'll gather to the miracle And together we will drink

We've been trying for days - trying for days

- We've been crying for days - trying for days

We've been trying for days - trying for days -

And I know we're going to make it - trying for days

Trying – Just keep trying Trying –

Just keep trying Trying – Just keep trying

Trying – Just keep trying Trying –

Just keep trying Trying – Just keep trying

We've been walking through the mud – well with the highway so near

But when the revolutiuon comes, girl you know the road will be clear

Cooling waters will rush down All you got to do is bathe –

We'll gather to the miracle And together we will drink

Be strong – got to hold on.

Trying – Just keep trying Trying –

Just keep trying Trying – Just keep trying

Trying – Just keep trying Trying –

Just keep trying Trying – Just keep trying
